I wrote the song around the theme of loyalty towards your family and friends and how people unfortunately take it for granted and profess their loyalty to people who demonstrate insufficient loyalty towards them.

This dynamic production vividly paints a selfish person willing to abandon their own friends in the pursuit of great material wealth, hedonism and schadenfreude at the expense of others and to their own detriment.

The menacing rhythm and orchestration lampshade the dark circumstances throughout the song, and the words challenge you to think about the often neglected darker sides of yourself.
